Abstract
The article describes an analysis of the effectiveness of using the Integrated Training System (ITS) of the M-346 "Bielik" aircraft by the Polish Air Force. It presents the individual elements of the M-346 "Bielik" aircraft's ITS and their capabilities. A crucial aspect in assessing this training process is conducting ground attack training for pilots using imprecise weaponry. The analysis method highlighted focuses on evaluating the training process and its effectiveness, both for individual pilots and the entire training group.
The article introduces an algorithm for assessing effectiveness, serving as a method to verify the effectiveness of aviation training based on data from the actual operation of the M-346 "Bielik" aircraft system. It demonstrates the continuous potential for modifying and verifying the training process for pilots of combat aircraft on the M-346 "Bielik" using the Integrated Training System.
