As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format (.doc; .docx)
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The Editorial Board accepts high-quality theoretical and research articles, reviews of compact publications, reports on preliminary research as well as conferences in the area related to aviation and safety  in the following scientific disciplines:
civil engineering, geodesy and transport;
mechanical engineering;
security studies. More information about the purpose and scope of the journal can be found in the tab about the journal.

The publishing house of the Aviation Military Academy is guided by the principles of ethics, defined by the COPE Committee on Publication Ethics, contained in the COPE Code of Conduct The principles of Publishing Ethics and Good Practices are binding for all publications. More details in the tab Principles of ethics and good practices.

Each manuscript should have:

  • Title - in Polish and English - maximum 12 words
  • Abstract – in Polish and English – 100-300 words containing the purpose of the research, research methods, research results and conclusions.
  • Shunting keys - in Polish and English - 3-5 keywords in alphabetical order;
  • Introduction - presenting the purpose of the article, the research problem, evaluation and a brief review of the literature, specification of the research methods used and other methodological assumptions.
  • Substantive part - description of the most important results and their interpretation.
  • Conclusions - presentation of the most important conclusions and recommendations of the Author regarding the studied issue.
  • Bibliography – prepared alphabetically in accordance with the TCMOS (The Chicago Manual of Style) standard.

Therefore, the manuscript should meet the editorial requirements.
